Pros
I was a temp that was converted to full-time status. In my year as a contractor, I did still feel like a regular FTE of the organization. When in the office, the HR executives are extremely social, caring, and take the goals of the organization super seriously. What I enjoy here is the high morale from the managers I have worked with so far. The company has a solid corporate structure that they are continuing to improve on. Internal HR processes are becoming more automated, therefore improving efficiency that are making employees /managers a lot more satisfied. This gives me the impression that the organization places a lot of emphasis on technology and is constantly looking for ways to improve the internal structure. The supportive, open communicative culture is among one of the best pieces of the organization. I'm thankful for the development I have received career-wise and personality-wise.
Cons
The workload can get heavy here and so can pressure. I would expect to have the right mindset and work ethic if you wish to be content and be here for the long run. I've seen some folks hired and leave in a few months because it appears they were not capable of handling such pressures of a high workload coming from their respective departments.
