I've never met a more supportive work environment from management to production and everyone in between. People care and work together as a team. The company really finds it important to listen and puts in the effort to consider everyone's thoughts. The management style is flat and it's great there are no egos here. Friendly bunch and good work ethic makes a fun environment to work! The company is consistent and works hard to accomplish goals. No bure
