Pros
Most of the direct care staff is really good and care for and about their residents.
Cons
Corporate is only concerned about the bottom line and not their residents or staff. The main lady running things at the corporate office has zero consideration for the ongoing problems in each of their buildings. Budgets have been reduced across the board giving way to not enough staff, meaning no matter how hard the staff push themselves it's next to impossible to care for each resident appropriately. The food budget is so tight there's no way the residents are receiving a balanced diet much less quality food. These residents and their families are paying for much more than they receive. They speak about their company's core values and culture but fail to practice what they preach. This might have all sounded good at the birth of this company but it died right there in the conference room.
