If you are not a traveling nurse/social worker/physical therapist, you will be bound to working inside the department doing miscellaneous paperwork and odd jobs. Since it is a very small company, people wear many different hats. Total mismanagement, suspicious documents on new arms of the company, poor treatment of workers, zero culture, absolutely zero room for professional growth are only some of the things you will encounter here.
