      It's a smaller company which could open the door for faster growth.

      Cons

      The owner could care less about an actual human being. Tony Hipple the owner has very few manager managers that have been with him for a long time for good reason.

      Pros

      Unfortunately, there is none. It seems as thought this company is underbidding and then understaffing.

      Cons

      The company is under paying and overworking employees. There is not enough time to get things done with the amount of staff... especially unqualified management. The contract was clearly underbid and they can not handle it. Multiple different managers of varying titles came to sort out this location but everyone ended up leaving and forgetting it existed.
