Pros
Olstrad is a great place to work at. I've worked there for about two months and so far it has been a great experience, The job has allowed me to learn so many new things and I'm trying so hard to keep up. Being a small company, you have direct access to the CEO and other higher ups and that helps a great deal. They're also very quick to help when you're stuck.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the fact that being a very small company, there's probably not much room to "move up" the chain of command.
