      Pros

      The benefits package, team support, company's reputation, organization, company philosophy, individual growth, independence and challenges.

      Cons

      Salary is a little less than expected., new department so there are growing pains but it's expected. Sometimes aren't given enough time to keep up with paperwork and documentation but tolerable.

      Pros

      Each office provides tons of free alcohol to the employees. In office happy hours area help with morale. Drinking is encouraged. We’re allowed to drink at work starting at 4pm.

      Cons

      You have to be at work by 8am and work AT LEAST 40 hours a week!
