This company is run by a corrupt executive team that fosters one of the most toxic environments I’ve ever worked in. Leadership is consistently rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful toward employees. Instead of encouraging collaboration or growth, executives create a culture of fear, intimidation, and favoritism. Communication is nonexistent unless it’s top-down orders or public criticism. There’s no real concern for employee well-being or professional development—everything revolves around protecting leadership’s egos and interests. Morale is at rock bottom, and turnover is through the roof because people quickly realize how unhealthy the environment If you value respect, transparency, or a healthy workplace culture, this is not the company for you. The executive team’s behavior makes it impossible to succeed or feel supported here.
