Pros

The people were great. half day summer Fridays are good, work life balance is decent, company was once great in the beginning, truly was once the standard of support teams

Cons

Everything else, Leadership is clueless, heartless and only trying to serve themselves. There has been 5 layoffs in 4 years. the pay is below market value, the perks? gone, bonuses? non existent. PE has ruined a already sinking ship. The support team? all outsourced and they have a huge turnover due to their own incompetence
