Pros

None at all - it is full of false promises, non-existent contracts and exploits students and recent graduates.

Cons

I was hired as the editor-in-chief after much flattery and was promised a salary of £18,000 a year for 9-5 work, which was changed after I worked for a full month under this premise to under minimum wage. The promised contract and free item of clothing never materialised, despite having spoken about this in person. It still came as an apparent surprise when I quit, having seen an advert advertising the exact role within the company at £26,000, knowing this would be a lie. Poorly managed, deeply unprofessional in the way interns were spoken about, highly patronising. The interns were unpaid despite contributing directly to the business.

Pros

No pros whatsoever, the whole thing was a scam

Cons

Olga hired a group of fresh graduates during the pandemic. she made them do unpaid work for a company thats not real, she promised an eventual salary which no one ever got. She lied about other employees which didnt exist.

Pros

Gave interesting projects. Flexible and remote work during pandemic. Nice promices. Nice and positive attitude. Provided me with experience, managing my own tasks by myself

Cons

A lot of unpaid work, made me lose trust in any internships. Exploitive and huge workload sent with no promises kept about future employment or signing university papers. Apparently other interns had a similar experience, we would be promised that we would be payed and employed after some time would pass (to me it was "next year"). That we would get a dress or product as a gift after completing the internship, none of this happened. No talking to anyone else at the company, no protection or correspondence with other interns or employees for me. After I worked for over a year+, a sudden stop in responses from her side, would not sign any paperwork required from my university. I would have lost my internship diploma provided by the university even after working for so long. I wish I got to speak to another intern or employee, but we were not able to communicate or help each other. I would have just left the position sooner if I knew.
