Lack of transparency - Anonymous employee Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope Employee Review

This is a U.S based company where head office thinks they know better but don’t. Company was recently sold to a private equity firm and Canadian employees were given 2 weeks to sign a new agreement with the new owners; then the letters were done wrong and had to be revoked and revised; employees were told if they didn’t sign it meant they resigned; then someone in legal must have gotten involved and told them they couldn’t do this. Was a complete mess! Stay away if you are Canadian or from anywhere else other than the U.S
