      This is my first time ever leaving a positive review for a company I have worked for. I have really enjoyed working at Okta. Pros- Fair pay, good maternity/paternity leave & benefits, great healthcare, amazing team, & great work/life balance

      Sometimes slow to promote, and have weird rules about promotions

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
