      heavy showmanship and spinning narratives

      Cons

      Constantly moving goalposts in terms of compensation. No desire to solve any real problems. Managers want obedience and yes people. No psychological safety. Your garden variety of bullies all around.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
