Pros
- WLB - product is great - leadership (some are better than others)
Cons
- marketing —> lack of autonomy across the sales org to create prospecting messaging/campaigns. Marketing has too much control over sales and the prospecting processes/ideas aren’t working….. stop giving prospects Hoka’s and AirPods for a no show meeting or form fill out….. - benefits - awful culture that promotes bad behavior. - operates like a start up and has one of the worst salesforce instances that I’ve ever seen at a publicly traded company. - competing comp plans - unwilling to change
