Pros
Interesting work and smart, open-minded people who are fun to both work and play with. Plenty of opportunities to work with other engineering teams and learn different technologies. One of the best workplaces I've ever seen for female engineers (yep, I'm one). Lots of flexibility for people with families/other personal commitments.
Cons
Rapid growth makes it increasingly difficult to know everyone's name in engineering, let alone everywhere else in the company. Also, a gym subsidy would be nice (but now I'm just nitpicking).
