      Unlimited Vacation, good product which has a good outlook in the market

      Cons

      Most teams are disorganized, a very hierarchical mentality when it comes to management, leadership skills get worse as management level gets higher in the chain, a very tops down toxic culture

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
