      Pros

      Compensation and benefits package are good. No 401K match.

      Cons

      Good ole boys/girls club Hard to move up So much EGO EGO EGO Lack of diversity in high paying roles - and they don't care Long hours and low appreciation ~ Work here for a few years and get the Okta logo on your resume. Try to get a promotion if you can. Then after 2 to 4 years leave. You will make more money elsewhere and you will find a much better culture. Good starter place though.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
