A scaling startup in a competitive landscape will have issues and this company is no different. That said, I'd consider these good problems. Work-life balance is a bit hard to have, not necessarily due to micromanagement but just the demand from clients and the large number of moving parts. However, having a large amount of inbound demand is great.
