This company is going downhill under the new management. Salaries are not being paid for several months; no growth, zero vision - people are being forced to leave!

None. They are a nightmare to deal with. As far as Indian companies go, this one is by far the worst. Don't even reply to their fake positions, they don't have any positions at all, they are collecting resumes and very poorly at that.

Cons

Not dealing with this company is actually the only upside. STAY AWAY!!!
