There are tons of programs & benefits for current employees (associates). Also opportunities for growth within the Organization. The new Epic Electronic Medical Record system has changed the organization for the better and created a positive environment for internal and external candidates to grow within or begin the next chapter of their career.

EPIC has raised a lot of challenges for the changing organization. Leadership is working hard to to optimize new processes to meet patient and employee goals. Expectations are sometimes not clear, but the foundation of professionals at the top can be trusted to reach long term goals
