Don’t ignore the red flags. There are several. Incompetent managers, no organization, no clarity or direction, no vision for the future, no real concern for employees or patients...simply lining their pockets. Unprofessionalism. Their managers curse during meetings. Extremely high turnover. People quit or are fired left and right. They joke about not learning employees’ names because they don’t expect people to last here. They think it’s funny that departments lose managers and staff. Terrible benefits.
