Pros
- Co-workers are friendly (for the most part) - If they like you, they'll give you a chance to prove yourself, that is, until they don't like you anymore it doesn't matter if you're one of the best, you're out of there.
Cons
- Playing favorites is real here - Management won't give you any warnings (when they want you out, you're out) - Sales reps who you set leads up for will sell for that account you created and create loop holes so that you can't receive your money that you earned fairly because you in fact set a lead up for a sales rep who then made a sale on your account. - Management is not transparent and are very secretive - The company can't close deals for business development so they burn through employees and managers very frequently
