She has been CEO of Off The Wall for over eight years. Steve Melnick, Vice-president of Operations, manages fabrication and installation of decor made by Off The Wall, Mr. Melnick has over 25 years experience in retail operations. The president of Off The Wall, Matthew Wood oversees business development and day to day operations of the company. Mr. Wood has over 25 years experience in retail design.
