Those who could compliment and praise the new management the best thrived, everyone else was let go over time. Contracts were not honored and this company is not trustworthy.

Boss and CEO have no idea what to do, so you can suggest them to do whatever you want to do, they will agree with whatever you suggest, and they won't care about the result, and they will fire you without any reason.

The worst CEO and Boss, they basically will fire any people without any reason at any time. Especially the Kawasaki Takamasa, his strategy is to change employee every time when his own strategy doesn't work, so he will find an excuse and put all responsibility on this person and explain to the investor or his boss. He is a person without any responsibility for his own behavior.
