      Pros

      Whole team every step are super friendly and helpfull, they keep you well informed and in the loop from the lovely recruitment team who do initial phone interviews to the onboarding team at the recruitment events, the training facility staff are all amazing too. Amazing culture, I feel well looked after not just when I'm clocked in but knowing there's support I could get 24/7

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
