      Cons

      - Low pay - Management barely helps - angry mood when they do - Donors can disrespect you and you still see them come back. (Company cares more about numbers than employees) - Favoritism runs rampant. Find a manager and become their friend for easy worklife.

      Unexpected additional tasks specifically for MP’s that were someone’s only job in the past (for 0 additional compensation), toxic leadership (specifically the COM’s as they do not possess the skills to manage people in the way a legitimate manager would-hense why they were only ever supervisors previously) that ended up in the positions they have due to recent restructuring, micromanaging everyone to oblivion, complete and utter disrespect from those unfortunate people in make shift supervisory roles.
