Pros

A really great business to work for with a lot of flexibility and freedom to make independent decisions client wise and running your own desk Received 2 promotions within the space of a year. Great commission structure Great incentive trips to New York and Dubai! A small but tight knit team who can all bounce off eachother and support eachother - everyone is friendly and social. No micro management and support from management is strong when needed.

No air fryer in the office :(

Genuinely, absolutely nothing about my 3 years with this business remotely benefitted my life🤣 You can easily earn more money elsewhere.

🏢 An office big enough for 50 staff, yet there’s maybe 8 people left in this business, if that?? 🧨 Very reactive, poor management and direction from leadership. 🤨 Managing director hasn’t recruited in over 16 years so knows absolutely nothing about the current space - couldn’t fill a job now if he tried. 🔥 Toxic culture - bad mouthing ex employees, other recruitment businesses and share personal information of employees when they shouldn’t. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Directors are known to be very inappropriate upon social events and holiday trips to females, both inside and outside the business. Typical recruitment for you though I guess. 🔢 Treated as a number, absolutely 0 care for wellbeing of employees, no matter your place in the company. ☑️ Harsh on KPIs and HIRE & FIRE culture. 🗣️ On numerous occasions have spoken badly of current employees and stated they would be removed from the business but can’t as their employee numbers need to remain for “retention”. 🔓 Shows a lot when every single manager and director (by promotion) has left the business within 6 months of their promotion. This is somewhere for very junior consultants and that’s it.

There’s a kettle and a microwave?

Cons

Terrible culture. Toxic environment. Lack of talent - no senior or management staff. Everyone’s pretty junior. No training provided. Directors have no clue what’s going on, too reactive. No real business plan. False promises - incentive trips etc are always promised but never happen. Crazy that these things are ever advertised on LinkedIn! The office is horrible, it’s so quiet because they predicted growth but have instead shrunk in size. Promotions are very few and far between. Absolutely no credibility with any clients so very hard to work with - just want to take money and never provide a service. Very hire and fire.
