Opening more sites and cannot recruit staff fast enough so everyone is being stretched GP has gone up to 85% so food quality is getting worse and chefs have less freedom with specials - just read recent Trip Advisor reviews. Chefs are not paid enough As waiting staff you will receive 40% of your card tips, and the rest is split amongst chefs, bar tenders and runners. You still only get 40% if you work a quiet day and have to take on the roles of Waiting staff, Bartending and Running your own food. The divide between Head Office and the Team is getting bigger and bigger.
