(scheduling, “payroll”, contact system for pts, etc.), had to keep asking for a contract, which was a random document that wasn’t even catered to the business - stingy on supplies - micromanagement and short tempered boss - tense, hostile work environment - low pay, late payments. i would have to ask for my paychecks, which is sent through 3rd party apps - lack of honesty, respect, transparency from the boss, even in front of patients. get ready to get gaslit - no real training included even though it’s listed as an opportunity for nurses wanting to start injecting, causing unsafe business practices for patients and staff. i was excited for the opportunity but due to constant disrespect and anger from management, i didn’t think it was worth it.
