Frustrating/ demeaning - Server OTG Management Employee Review

Management simply warehouses employees. People come and go, lasting 2-3 weeks. Those willing to stay on do so because they are promised the world, then wait for the empty promises to come true. There are also favored employees who came along with management from former employments. Management micro-manages. They also present a false operations of what goes on to Corporate by scrambling frantically before their announce arrival. Some managers are down right belittling to certain members of the crew. Leaving menial tasks for hours for on-coming employees.
