Pros
- they still allow employees to work fully remote - not very strict in applying processes, or monitoring people - by missing a minimum standard of processes, there is room for trial and errors for people having the curiosity to extend their expertise - still, you can meet valuable, inspirational people
Cons
- a lot of amateurism, from top to bottom - people are more convinced to "indulge" their management than deliver quality - a lot of inconsistencies in processes, conflicts in teams KPI's and priorities - people yearly evaluations , especially the managers' it's more of a sad joke, defined by bias, ad-hoc interpretations and missing any HR filter
