Expect you to learn and understand your job just by reading thru some website FAQ. No structured SOP to follow and you are expected to get information by ears and work your logic accordingly and get blamed by your sups for all the wrong information that was given out to customers. Supervisor love to watch videos and playing games or colour some children books cause they really have nothing to do as they let new hirers do their job but they really deny this. You really need to get in their good books to survive working here because if you dont they will make u suffer mentally. These people will group against you. A REALLY TOXIC PLACE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!
