Good place to start for a beginner

Monotonous work pattern. There's barely a change in the way work is done

You can apply for open positions and they will consider you in 1-2 weeks after you saying you are interested(if applicable). Not many work hours a day, I think we do like 8h, is very sustainable

Although the managers do try to keep things running as smooth as possible, sometimes I feel like I'm just a cog in a machine, and that my health is not rly taken seriously, especially in my case, because I take my job seriously and I am responsible! So it's not much to ask.
