The owner's approach to work has resulted in overloading their team with work due to their inability to resource properly, resulting in their team burning out despite this being brought their attention on numerous occasions by different team members. They have extremely questionable ethics when it comes to running a business, particularly when it comes to quoting work and paying suppliers, and they have paid staff to give them positive Google reviews.
