Pros
Relatively easy work once you understand basics of the products and tools the company uses and requires you to do. Company gives annual increases and bonus if the company has a good revenue year.
Cons
A lot of busy work for sales team with no real direction. Management and managers will not support their teams. No real plan of action. Put you on a performance plan which means you will be fired. They keep employees they like even if they aren’t doing their job.
