Pros

Which means several type of deals and different transactions. The Private Banking and Brokerage subs of the firm makes is very renown on the Parisian market.
Cons
OCF deals only with French private SMEs, their templates are all in French and you might quickly loose any pan-european ambition by staying within this firm. The analyst's background and level is very deceiving, they all have a very restricted vision of Financial Advisory, and only advice the same French Mid-cap clients. Staying within this firm is definitely locking yourself in the small/ mid cap not listed market. Very bad ambiance within the team. Deeply regrettable experience. Not to mention daily IT problems. It was even more painful for someone more used to large banking groups where IT is performing. I really I had known this before wasting almost 5 months of my career within this firm. Besides, the entry salary: €45,000/ year (plus bonus up to €10,000), is definitely not appealing in comparison to the required long hours of Financial Advisory (9 to 12am on a daily basis).
