Pros
There are not any pros to working at OCLI. The co doesn't pay well, they don't offer great benefits, and the leadership team does not care about anyone, they only care about making money. they throw money at the Dr's hoping they will stay, but even the Drs leave.
Cons
Low pay, very expensive benefits that don't cover a lot, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Leadership does whatever the PE firm tells them to, they don't even have control over their own business. The COO is a puppet!
