Cons
The owners & executive team are highly unethical. There is serious gender bias - they don't have any female GMs, Superintendents or VPs. Even though females are department heads they only hold Director titles. They make decisions based on the greed and arrogance of ownership vs. what's right for their clients and/or their team. When employees bring up unethical things that may be happening they become targets... and it's rumored some have been let go because of it. There is no communication - you'll find out more by talking to people outside the organization then by the executive team. They empower a culture of mediocrity. And, the list goes on... If you want to work in golf, work for Troon, Kemper or just about anyone else.
