-They make fantastic work and should be praised more for it -Free snacks -Get to understand the basic process of how commercials are made

-Everyone is very hush hush on how things are actually done. Will have you do bid title pages for them for 2 years, but after constant asking of how they actually MAKE a budget, there was no time for that and was always pushed for another day -An extremely non-diverse place (All White men and 2-3 White women), but if you do get in as a person of color, you are automatically a diversity hire and will be the only one -HR is non-existent and won't respond back to back to you unless you Cc your boss -I was laughed at when I asked for a review and a raise 1 year in (incredibly embarrassing, was a 10 second one-sided conversation and I wasn't the one speaking)

There are none, other than obviously earning wages.

I witnessed a great deal of unprofessional behavior, including sexual harassment, and racism, which they attempt to pass off as humor. Very ugly and small minded people to be running business. No aesthetic values at all. The most dull there ever was.
