Very friendly atmosphere between colleagues, we have our own chef, the patient is always in the centre.
Cons
Stressful, not enough employees on the floor to take proper care of our patients and also have time to sit down to have a chat with them, poor management, they always ask more of us without giving us time and space to complete it.
