It is concerning that Advent has permitted such practices to persist. The operating environment is combative, employees are undervalued, and their contributions frequently go unrecognised.
This is particularly regrettable as the majority of team members are highly capable, committed, and decent individuals, and they deserve to work within a culture that promotes respect, collaboration, and appreciation.
