Pros
Filled with quality nurses and practitioners across many specialties Solid benefits
Cons
Terrible, terrible leadership— zero insight is ever sought from patient-facing employees. Instead, executive suits far removed from what is actually happening with patient care make decisions in a vacuum, roll them out, then walk back on things when they realize the logistical nightmares they created (or worse, insist this new initiative will press forward regardless of the impact to patients or staff) Company treats the patients like ATMs instead of people Staff morale is incredibly low most days Intense micro-management on rudimentary tasks, juxtaposed with management taking forever to address anything staff needs to address patient care (even safety) to the point where you often have to harass direct reports to even get a response
