There’s so much potential for success but some key points made my time there a disappointing experience
The restructuring of teams and frequent termination of positions, often less than a year after being established, created a sense of instability and insecurity.
Additionally, the micromanagement from the C-Level executives, who were overly involved in small product decisions, hindered the autonomy of the product leadership team. Project priorities would shift abruptly, with projects in the middle of development being canceled to focus on new pet projects without proper exploration or discovery work.
The chaotic leadership style and lack of stability at Nursa made it challenging to plan a roadmap and deliver value to customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and supportive work environment as a product manager.
