Pros
Numira was a group of the most talented and intelligent people one could hope to have under one (well, two) roofs. It was inspiring being a part of some of the accomplishments and successes that the company experienced. Opportunity to work in a small business that still had a bit of a "startup feel" allowed for some entrepreneurial passion. Some of the staff shared personal interest areas outside of work, which was fun and helped loosen the tension in the office at times.
Cons
The constant feeling of uncertainty kept a dose of fear in many staff members. Expectations to fit pegs into round holes can be an enjoyable challenge, unless it comes along with extreme pressure, no training on how to accomplish the task, and it occurring on a daily basis. Micromanagement frustrated the masses.
