In the first year, benefits were good (massage, meals, etc).
Cons
Numi is founder owned and as a result, not driven by business acumen or strategic decision-making. Through a series of poor executive hires, they managed to run the budget into the ground, execute a horrifying brand refresh and lay off a good portion of their already lean staff.
