Pros
Excellent product. Some nice people...
Cons
They recently made mutliple people redundant across multiple offices. Ireland, UK and USA. The Cork office is like a graveyard. No atmosphere, no respect between colleagues. People just want to show that their team is the best in a cut-throat way. Certain people want to get on top by any means. (This is fine in a large organisation. The Cork office has about 20 people) The London office has people who are very good at their jobs, but are held back by their "leaders". This office has some of the best and most useless people in the organisation. You will be working in an organisation that works on mind games, disorganization and negativity. People are out to get each other more than they want to actually make the company succeed. The overall atmosphere drains the life out of you. You have people in positions that want to make positive changes, but management doesn't allow them to do it. Multiple leaders in the organisation do not know how to move the company forward and do nothing to make the company succeed. Almost everyone in Nuix is in a leadership position. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Nuix talks about the high numbers of people they have hired in the last year, but doesn't talk about how many have left. Nuix is rotten from the top down. No respect is shown to anyone. Everyone is just trying to use their time in Nuix to move onto there next role. There is no structure across the whole organisation. Their were people in place trying to put plans together and they either got fired or left. The type of people you would work with in Nuix are people who talk a big game but are clueless in the end.
