      - product market fit in spades, no doubt about the trajectory of this company - leadership encourages growth and taking on things you may have not done before - brings a lot of the high points of startup culture while leaving out the low ones

      Cons

      - If the startup life isn't for you then you're not going to enjoy working here. Priorities can change quickly, and often you have to work with ambiguity. - Lacking in the non-essential benefits compared to other tech companies
