      Senior management team is committed to innovation, client satisfaction, and teamwork. People that work at Nowspeed are talented, trustworthy, and fun! Nowspeed is a place where employees have the opportunity to learn alot, be listened to, and be collaborative. Employees are appreciated for their commitment to the success of this company.

      I have to juggle a lot of different projects and have to wear a lot of hats which can be challenging yet exciting.

      Pros

      Great career experience working on major digital marketing campaigns alongside true experts on the team and with CMO-level leadership on the client side. Variety in clients and services keeps work interesting and work-life balance/PTO is actually encouraged. Most of the work feels meaningful and it feels good to drive results and be recognized for it. Overall positive and rewarding place to work.

      Cons

      Some top-tier clients have very high expectations requiring extra effort and focus. Working on these accounts can be more challenging.
