Cross department transfer is greatly encouraged here and our head of departments will look out for opportunity for employees to learn different functions for their career development.
Cons
AMEA comprises of employees across multiple countries and this means that we have to adapt to the multicultural working environment within the company. There are many things to learn and everyone is constantly improving. As we are providing service as our bread and butter, there are chances that employees might need to work extra hours and especially our lab officers, they will have to put in extra efforts to finish their experiments to meet the timeline.
