Pros
The owners and investors of this company are ambitious, dreamers, with big goals, and they talk a BIG game. They have competitive wages and robust benefits packages for a cost. They provide every supply under the sun and it's easy to make friends with a lot of the staff. The clients are AMAZING, so appreciative and kind. If you are driven, there is an immense opportunity to learn and grow at a fast pace. There are two power couples at the helm of this company who really are gems. Unfortunately, they are mucking through the weeds around the scum of others who are like anvils to their sunshine and direct kindness.
Cons
After nearly two years, I was tossed away like yesterday's news. I was BULLIED and harassed - and even asked by a manager if I "was in a happy marriage' after calling me 'immature' and asking about the sexual orientation of my team members and why the females did or did not have children! I had a set of team members report directly to me who also had claims of harassment against an individual to which I reported to HR. I was told that the person got 'talked to,' but at the end of the day, they are who they are, and we needed to just deal with the generational differences. The managers are gossipy and say a lot of poor things not only about the staff but ABOUT each other so there was a HUGE lack of trust there. Lay off after lay off the same HR person went through the team, to the point it because EXPECTED that you wouldn't have a job. If you don't care about your career or longevity, and don't mind the utter favoritism and catty behavior (which I dealt with for 2 years), it's tolerable - but definitely an unhealthy work environment. At the peak of my work week, I would drive and work over 60 hours and told mileage was capped - driving MY OWN vehicle. Then they implemented a rental car rate which I had to pay UP FRONT. The system is so wacky and we are risking our lives. Eventually the lay off was a gift from heaven above because I can see now how poorly they are. Apparently they are growing across other states in the USA and EUROPE, which I really wish them the best - but truly - RUN YOU GUYS. RUN! Find a company that actually values you and doesn't just say they do.
